Wiley to Acquire Sybex

John Wiley & Sons, Inc. (NYSE:JWa) (NYSE:JWb), announced today that it has signed an agreement to acquire Sybex Inc., a publisher of computer books and software based in Alameda, California. The terms of the purchase, which is scheduled to close by the end of the month, were not disclosed.

If you remember Wiley also bought the remnants of Wrox after they went under (well, not all of it, but the brand and the best-sellers at least).
