I agree with Matt. Omea rocks. Pretty much everything Jetbrains does is excellent though. Idea and Resharper both rule.

You may also look to give JetBrains Omea a shot. It comes in two flavors (Reader and Pro). The difference between the two is that Pro can be used to read Outlook email.

It's much more than an aggregator, it also supports indexing newsgroups, websites, files, contacts and tasks. Your own google, if you will.
