		<description>&lt;p&gt;I am trying to develop something using sql express database and web developer. i have started on the tables i have planned the web pages adding and pulling information out of the database. But my issue where i am stuck if i want to give this to someone else how do i do that, i mean is they have the copy of a database and the web pages, but they must beable to install it themselves on there own computer with any help from me. hope this makes sense if not i let me know and try and explain more regards&lt;/p&gt;
