I have been working hard since taking over The Lounge back in December and wanted to share a couple of updates. It has definitely been a change for me to work on The Lounge, I haven’t been in a sales position like this in quite some time.
New Publishers
You may have noticed that CodeBetter became a Lounge publisher back in December, and we also recently added Roy Osherove further improving the list of .NET bloggers in The Lounge.
New Advertisers
DiscountASP.NET and Applied Innovations have been with The Lounge for months now, but starting in January we also added SlickEdit and BitDiffer.
New Features
I just got done pushing out my second release of The Lounge. The first release was basically just me doing some housekeeping and a couple of small performance improvements. The second release includes some neat reporting features for the advertisers, I am going to be putting out a demo account soon for prospective advertisers (or just the curious) to check out. I used amCharts which are very nice and easy to use Flash charts.
I am working on putting together what features I want to include in the next release and hope to get that out sometime in March.
